Haryana’s Energy and Transport Minister Sh. Anil Vij made a surprise visit to PGI Rohtak and inquire about the health of Ambala-based party worker Surendra Tiwari admitted to the cancer ward. During his visit, Anil Vij also interacted with other party workers, who welcomed him warmly.Sh. Anil Vij reaced at PGI without prior notice to inquire about the health of Surendra Tiwari. He was immediately escorted under full security to meet Surendra Tiwari. Anil Vij also discussed his condition with the doctors.
Ambala resident Surendra Tiwari, suffering from cancer, has been undergoing treatment at PGI’s cancer ward for several days. His family mentioned that they had sought treatment in Mumbai, but his condition did not improve. After losing hope elsewhere, they admitted him to Rohtak PGI, where doctors have assured them of possible improvement in his health.
A Woman victim of domestic violence met the Minister
During the visit to PGI, a woman approached Shri Anil Vij with a complaint. She stated that she was a victim of domestic violence and that the police had not taken any action in her case. In response, Anil Vij immediately called SP Narendra Bijarnia and instructed him to take appropriate action.
Anil Vij Visited Old Party Office too
BJP leader and former Senior Deputy Mayor Raj kamal Sehgal stated that Anil Vij arrived at PGI’s cancer ward around 3:15 PM, where he was welcomed by the party workers. After spending some time there, he briefly visited the old BJP state office complex before departing.
