Experts from PGI spoke well

Seminar on organ donation and transplantation concluded successfully in Adesh Medical College and Hospital, Mohri. Dr. Vipin Kaushal, who came specially from PGI, discussed in detail about organ donation and transplantation in this seminar and also made people aware about the topic.
Dr. Kaushal said that organ donation and transplantation is a surgical method through which the failed organ of a person is replaced with the healthy organ of another person. He said that some people voluntarily pledge to donate organs before their death and through organ donation, person struggling between life and death can be saved. He also motivated people to donate organs.
Other faculty members from PGI Dr. Kajal Jain, Dr. Ashish Sharma, Dr. Parul Gupta, Dr. Navdeep Bansal, Saryu D. Madra also had a special discussion on organ donation and transplantation. They said that people should move forward in the direction of organ donation because this is also a charitable act along with humanity and goodness. Principal of Aadesh Dr. N. S. Lamba said that organ donation is the need of the hour and if someone donates organs voluntarily, then the life of another person of the society can be saved.
MD of Aadesh Dr. Gunatas Singh Gill said that everyone will have to make efforts together to bring awareness about organ donation among the general public. He presented mementoes and certificates to all the speakers from PGI. DMS Dr. Naresh Jyoti was also present on this occasion.
