Aadesh declared OPD for women related diseases free on International Women’s day

International Women’s Day fortnight is being celebrated with great pomp in Aadesh Medical College and Hospital located in Mohri on GT road between Ambala and Shahabad. During this period OPD for women related diseases will be absolutely free from 3rd March to 8th March in Aadesh. Apart from this, full body test for women is being done for only Rs. 750, all types of deliveries will also be done free and mammography and pap smear tests will also be done free. Under this series, a special theme Accelerate Action was organized in Aadesh Hospital on Monday to honor women where Chief Secretary of Aadesh Welfare Society Mrs. Kamaldeep Kaur was the chief guest. Chairman of Aadesh Group Dr. H.S. Gill, MD Dr. Guntas Singh Gill, Principal Dr. N.S. Lamba and Dr. Arman Khosa Gill were especially present. Chief Guest Mrs. Kamal deep Kaur said that she is proud of the fact that today’s daughters are not only moving forward in the field of medicine but also in every direction with perfection and are making their valuable contribution in the progress of the country and building a clean society. She said that when she sees daughters as doctors, medical students and staff in Adesh Medical College and Hospital, she feels very happy that daughters are fulfilling their responsibilities in the society very well. She appealed to women especially from rural areas not to deprive their daughters from education, higher education and sports but to provide daughters full opportunity to fly their dreams like sons. She said that due to International Women’s Day fortnight, free OPD, full body test at low cost and other tests are being done for women in Adesh Hospital. Women should take advantage of it.

On this occasion the staff of Adesh welcomed the Chief Secretary Mrs. Kamal deep Kaur grandly. During this a beautiful street play was also presented in which it was told that women are God’s precious creation and everyone has to respect them. Emphasis was laid on women empowerment.
