Haryana’s Energy, Transport and Labour Minister Mr. Anil Vij, taking a dig at the Congress taking almost a year to choose the Leader of Opposition and the emerging factionalism, in his own style, hummed, “It is the beginning of love, is it crying? Let’s see what happens next.”
Mr. Vij was talking to journalists today.
He said that who will be the leader of which party and who will be given what responsibility is none of our concern. But one thing is that they took almost a year to take the decision. He said that it is not possible that Congress will ever come to power, but if it is in power and the country is attacked by Pakistan, then by the time they take a decision, the Pakistani army will enter Delhi. He said that Congress has taken a year to choose the opposition leader. It is not a responsible party of the country, it could not fulfill the responsibilities of the country.
Regarding the Indian team not accepting the T20 Asia Cup trophy from Pakistan’s ACC President Mohsin, Energy Minister Anil Vij said, “The biggest shield in any match is the one given by the people. That shield is nothing compared to the heartfelt sentiments given by 1.44 billion Indians after winning all the matches and winning the Asia Cup. How can players accept the shield from the hands of those who attacked pilgrims with impure and blood-stained hands? We are happy that we won, and our players celebrated the victory on the field without even receiving the shield.”
On the question of the new voter list in Bihar, Energy Minister said that a clean voter list is being released in Bihar and no one should have any objections to it. He said that the provision for objections was made under the rules a month ago and only after that the voter list was released..
