As an initiative of AI awareness programme, Gandhi Memorial National College successfully organised another one day capacity building programme on Basics of Artificial Intelligence on 6th March, 2025 at Sri Guru Harkrishan Sahib Khalsa College Panjokhra Sahib, Ambala Cantt. Dr Sukhdev Singh, Principal, Sri Guru Harkrishan Sahib Khalsa College welcomed the faculty of GMN College and encouraged his students to attend the session with full enthusiasm. The faculty of GMN College (Dr Geeta Kaushik, Dr Bharti Sujan and Ms Kamalpreet Kaur) interacted with the students of Khalsa College and shared their expertise. The programme was designed for BCA final year students, with an attendance of around 70 participants. The aim of the programme was to enhance the understanding of the participants about fundamental AI concepts, applications and future prospects. It was aimed to familiarise the students with fundamental AI concepts, applications and future career prospects in the field. The programme included interactive lectures and a Q&A session, ensuring active participation of the participants. It was a very interactive session. Faculty from the Computer Science Department of Sri Guru Harkrishan Sahib Khalsa College, including HOD Dr. Jagjot Kaur and Mr. Pradeep Singh were also present during the session. The programme was conducted under the supervision of Dean Dr. Prableen Kaur.
